Look at that roster!

And guess what? That entire team was made up by recruiters going after the best and dictated by the A.I. NO affirmative action rules apply in Ivy athletic recruiting!

Jake is saying the same thing you are: that your EXPERIENCES are what make you valuable, not some white guy like Bollinger who acts all superior because he's doing minorities the favor of admitting to his Ivory Tower.

You and Jake are on the same side on this, you just don't see it yet. For others, we had to use the court house to get in and then fight to stay in. We proudly pass that heritage on to our children some of whom today are fortunate enough to experience an Ivy League education and all it has to offer. That's real world.

Call me sometime and we'll talk about the trip from urban ghetto to Columbia class room. None of that theory about intellectual academies. He is better off concentrating on getting a training program of that caliber in place. The condoning program at best has been bush league for years.

Bollinger is talking the party line when it comes to affirmative action. Why? Because it could mean lost funding period. All of the same horror stories and speeches happen years ago in California. Guess what, the schools there are actually more diversified since the end of affirmative action. They also didn’t lose all those federal dollars. The same thing is happening in Michigan since the laws there were changed.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11614569796204473652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8498801197851744676.post-42254856689915193232012-01-18T05:29:10.641-08:002012-01-18T05:29:10.641-08:00Jake,
