This was one big can of whoop ass we opened on Yale! Congrats Lions and Coaches. Dominant in every category That we held them to merely 5 first downs is unbelievable.
What can one say? "Heavenly" is good enough for me right now, plus congratulations to all coaches and staff, beginning with Bagnoli, and above all to the players who believed and did it. This also breaks another bad streak, 25 straight losses, I believe, on the road.
Yale was clearly outplayed and out-coached today. A huge step up for the Bagnoi-run program, too. Yet another reason for the team to believe in him. Amazing trick play call too, which suckered te Elis.
If we can bring the same defensive pressure next week, we can make an even bigger statement. If we did it with Dartmouth, we can do it with Harvard. Hopefully we will get a big home crowd.
Defense wins games. This is living proof. We have now held three potent league opponents (P, D and Y) to 10, 13 and 7 points respectively. But in this one we simply dominated both sides of the ball. We need one more weapon on offense to enable us to score a third TD consistently and we can contend every weekend. The Penn game was our single bad game. The rest have been proper games. Well done Al Bagnoli and in particular your defensive coaching staff.
New Defensive Coordinator has done a tremendous job- his experience shows. Also, the three transfers that Al brought in have have made a huge difference. The previous coaching staffs did bring in some dominant defensive lineman.

And in sweet revenge, Conway recovered a fumble in fourth quarter. This is great. Suck that Reno.
Big Dawg and I Were there. Dominant defensive performance. Yale did not score on our defense. Brilliant game plan.
Man bites dog = Lion bites Bulldog !!!!
