So, out of curiousity, what is the general opinion of the recruiting class thus far? Vs. last year at this time, for example.
Jumping to another subject, the start of the men's basketball season has been very disappointing. Team is 1-9 (after a loss to Navy) & unable to finish games in which they were leading at halftime. After several impressive years under Kyle Smith, we appear to be heading in the wrong direction.
Saw the Navy game. Coach has the players but seems lost during games. No adjustments, no time outs, inscrutable personnel choices. Last nine losses followed the same pattern of blowing leads in crunch time. Smith is great, and some of the first years will be great. We miss Castlin. Hickman is killing us.
