The title question of this post is something so many of us are asking each other regularly these days. The discussion usually begins after we learn of yet another very impressive recruit committing to Columbia Football.
It seems ridiculously early to start discussing next year's crop of incoming freshmen, the high quality of so many of the 2026 commits compels me to do so in this podcast I'm making available for paid subscribers to my Substack only.

ReplyDeleteThere are no controls in place for the moderator to keep the site from going off the rails. Leads to too much nonsense. At least require a proper login and block users who use abusive language.

ReplyDeleteI, like many Lions fans, come here for the football and occasional other sports info and discussion. I may, or may not, agree with Jake's non-football commentary elsewhere. Truly don't know. But as for this blog, the info and insight is truly non-pareil. He provides it as a favor to other fans; it's up to him when and if it comes out. The blog is "free" and open to responsible commenters. The podcast, on the other hand, is a different medium. So, if he wants to charge for his podcasts, that's up to him. I hope this blog continues.
