Goodbye to an Old Friend

A great supporter of Columbia, Columbia Football, and America passed away this past week.

Ed Botwinick CC ‘56 & SEAS ‘58 was also my friend and the most prominent and influential alumni donor to support my efforts to affect change in the football program and the entire athletic department. At a time when so many people at Columbia were abandoning me in a sycophantic frenzy for entrenched failing figures, Ed reached out and ensured I was on the right track.
