Reported commit Trey Page from Bishop Moore is now definitely not confirmed. It's possible his coach jumped the gun saying he had. So he's off the list for now.
But Bishop Moore is a very strong HS program in Florida, and Columbia has never scored a commit from that school before.
Page is coming off an injury that kept him out of some games, but he's back in the mix now.
I'm not sure he will play fullback in college, but it does appear he's going that way. He'll need to put on some weight and muscle first.
According to one recruiting site, Page also had offers from Cornell and Mississippi Valley State. I like Columbia's recruiting odds vs. those schools any day of the week.
