BREAKING: Perry Takes Brown Job, Bushnell Winners Named

Brown has just named former Bears QB and current Bryant University Head Coach James Perry as its new head coach.

Perry is a keen offensive mind and truly the creator of the Princeton offense that has continued to steamroll defenses even after he left as the Tiger offensive coordinator following the 2016 season.

You may recall Perry was one of the people on my wish list to be Columbia's head coach before Al Bagnoli miraculously became available.

Brown has problems that go beyond coaching, but I would not be surprised if the Bears become competitive in a short time.

Lovett, Swann Bushnell Winners

Princeton QB John Lovett won the Bushnell Cup for Ivy offensive player of the year and Dartmouth DB Eric Swann won the defensive Bushnell.

Thankfully for the rest of the league, Lovett is graduating. Swann has another year to terrorize opposing passers and receivers.
