Finding colleges that do their AD and coach searches in a more efficient and ethical way than Columbia is like finding sand on the beach.

I'm shocked! I really am. Who knew that other schools were so open in their processes and therefore probably more successful? Following only Columbia for so long, I never imagined other schools were not ashamed of how they went about hiring top officials.

Thanks for posting all these, Jake. I, like Chick, am really surprised to find so many places that have such open and inclusive selection processes. Embarrassing that our Ivy League school is so behind the times!
