Was the part about alienating upperclassmen in favor of underclassmen intentionally left out? There's a lot more to be said as far as failing from an on he field standpoint.
It's not just the lighter OL. It's the inability to game plan and utilize all of the options CU has on its roster. The guy is so arrogant he thinks he can do as he pleases. So typical of a bad coach to try and get your way even though your personnel don't fit the system.
It is obvious Pete's NFL credentials stood out at the beginning but he has been outcoached in every game except maybe Marist.
