smart move coach. make a decision and stick with it. I hope mangurian is around long enough to see this team win a bunch of games in 2015...it will take many reps to get QB/WR timing and trust down. The youth movement is on at CU

i gots to get me some of that coolade

i think you mean Flannery is back too! That will help our passing game more than who the QB ends up being

this blog is a joke , jake censors and takes down comments he doesnt agree with

no, he takes down comments that are counter productive to the program and to the team.
You obviously want to make a personal statement anonymously. How about putting your full name to your obnoxious posts so we can all see who you are??

To anonymous who is unhappy with Jakes censoring. If you are the same poster that made last weeks prediction, who wanted people severely beaten, then find another blog to post on. Good reddens! Nobody will miss your comments.

I actually think this guy doesn't know how to post. I have deleted only two comments in the last year. One was a sexist comment and another was a vulgar comment about chugging beers. That's it.

Jake, your awesome. Looking forward to the Columbia football game in New Haven.
Cheers Jon Harris

Jake, regarding your sore winner comments about Penn, there was am article in the DP about Columbia football which was posted on voyforums yesterday which should be posted by the coaches in our locker room. A new low, even by the abysmal standards that Penn manages to set for itself each year.

OldLion-I read the article too. I found it distasteful, however, how much of it was inaccurate?

Re jake's censorship... Crass and sexist comments directed at the AD are over the line! We can all agree to disagree with her/staff, however, we are all gentlemen first.

Great news on Hilinski! This kid will be great if we ever get an o-line (which we are two JUCO/D-1 transfer players away from achieving).

The Penn article just states the facts. There's nothing insulting about it. Change the facts and the articles will change. I'm sick and tired of excuse-making or whining in any form.

Block and tackle, gentlemen.

Mitch nails it.

Have no issue with the DP article. All this author does is stir the pot with facts and WE don't like seeing them in print.

Get a coach. Win some games and then watch the mindset change.

this QB will be good once we get 4-5 transfers for the line or a different dietary plan, a new coach and a decently called game by the OC.

This is the same old song with CU. THERE'S NOT ENOUGH TALENT so all the dreamers talking about "once we get more of this and that" are just LOST IN THE SAUCE. You're not getting more talent because the song works like this... a HANDFUL of promising talent enters the program (Hilinski's decision had nothing to do with Mangurian. Look it up) and the program stalls when the new coach can't get it done. CU has never gotten more than a few guys who can play above average per recruiting class. It's a recipe at CU.

What other choice does Pete have than to play Hilinski at this point? Seriously, would any coach throw in the scout team scrub? What a joke making such an announcement.

With supporters like Al's Wingman we hardly need foehi. Speaking of the circular firing squad.....

Glad he showed some resolve. Every team needs a full-time QB. Now they can focus better and maybe salvage something this Eason. Also find out if Hilinski is the guy for the future or not.
