Worlds are Colliding

New Head Football Coach Al Bagnoli's decision to quickly get out of "retirement" is something millions of recently retired Americans wish they could do too.

I decided to play up the retirement angle and make Bagnoli the focus of my CNBC.Com column today.

Retirement finances are a big issue for our viewers, but I learned from my dad that the biggest challenges of retirement often have nothing to do with money.

Jake,

A while ago, you mentioned you were pleased to see Connor Nelligan's name on the roster.

I just checked the roster and I couldn't find his name or number (#84).

Am I missing something?

He was on the roster as of last night, but now see he's gone. It doesn't mean he won't be back.

I saw him listed as well as a graduate student. Either that plan changed or someone in the athletic dept is paying close attention to what is said here and reacting to it. Old habits die hard.
