This weekend, only two of Columbia's non-conference opponents are in action.
And one of them is basically just running a scrimmage.
That would be week one opponent CCSU, which is hosting Division II Lincoln University (PA) at home tonight at 7pm Eastern. We won't learn much from this game at all.
Week two opponent Georgetown, on the other hand, hosts Campbell tomorrow afternoon and the Hoyas are favored by one point. Last year, Georgetown went to Campbell and came away with a 16-10 squeaker win over the Fighting Camels.
I'll pick the Hoyas to win and cover after going 1-1 with my picks last week both straight and against the spread.
Week four opponent Marist is off.
