I really have a "good riddance" attitude to anybody who tweets a commitment to one Ivy school and then three weeks later tweets that he is going elsewhere. In any event his tweet says Penn football '21, so perhaps he is redshirting for a year. In any event, if the Penncoaches unhooked him, I am sure that Al will not take that lightly.
PS, if anybody suggests on voyforums that Penn acted improperly with this young man I can guarantee a spirited defense of Penn's conduct along with ad hominem charges of miscreant conduct by Columbia, from Penn Apologist In Chief Asia Sunset.
Old Lion -- they are teenagers who have not even begun their senior year of high school.
They change their minds. Also, a kid graduating HS in 2017 will indeed be in the college class of 2021.
OK. Fair enough. But I still think a commitment is a commitment. The coaches have to rely on such promises
New DB who just committed looks like an update in size and in ratings.
17 year olds need to be learning about commitment, but they won't always get it right....cut the kid some slack.
