Still Excited

While I continue to remind all Lions fans that we need to demand excellence, not just "showing up," I don't want anyone to lose their enthusiasm for the fact that after such a long off season, the football season is finally showing up.

And that's why I was so excited to received my 2013 season tickets in the mail yesterday.

After using generic ticket images last year with no pictures, the ticket office went back to player and mascot pics this year and that's great.

Punter Paul Delaney is featured on the first ticket, LB Zach Olinger on the second, Roar-EE the Lion on the third, RB Marcorus Garrett on the 4th and the last one honored TE Hamilton Garner.

Also included in the season ticket packet was the interesting news that Columbia is going to be offering a bus shuttle to Baker Field on game days from the EAST SIDE OF MANHATTAN this year in addition to the service from the Morningside Campus.

This is great news for all you Upper East Siders and people who want to park elsewhere in the city and just take the bus to the game.
